By using this website or booking services with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We provide residential and/or commercial window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services.

Service details, pricing, and scope will be confirmed through estimates, proposals, or written communication prior to service.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of quoting.

  • Prices may change if conditions differ from what was originally disclosed.

  • Additional services requested on-site may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur fees.

  • We reserve the right to suspend recurring services for non-payment.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • 48 hour or more is required for cancellation or Rescheduling

  • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Property Access and Condition

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the property

  • Removing fragile or valuable items near work areas

  • Securing pets

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty window seals, deteriorated frames, loose screens, or construction defects.

7. Weather

Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Claims must be reported within 7 of service.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 7 days and we will return to address the issue.

10. Recurring Services

For recurring service customers:

  • Services will continue on the agreed schedule.

  • We may adjust pricing with prior notice.

  • Either party may cancel with written notice.

11. Intellectual Property

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
